We’re on to our last week of Raya and lucky for us Exabees, in conjunction to this beautiful month of Syawal, we had the chance to throw an event last week – the Raya With Exabytes Open House event – where we got to meet and greet (and have some hearty feast!) with some of our customers and fans on Facebook, at our SetiaWalk office in Puchong.

Before the guests arrive, we made sure the room, food and goodie bags were in order. Also, in order to give the office a bit of the Raya “feel”, we decorated the place with some Raya packets and played some happy Raya songs on loop. 😀

As soon as the guests (Exapeeps) arrived, the event kick started with a welcoming speech by our organizer, as well as our CEO, Mr Chan Kee Siak, who thanked the crowd for their time & support for us all this while.

Then, the Exapeeps were brought for a quick tour around the office, lead by Mr CEO himself. They were brought to checkout our Training Room, Meeting Room, as well as Technical Room, which is normally strictly prohibited but opened for the guests to see on that day.

After the short office tour, it was the moment everybody was waiting for — nomnom time! The Exapeeps were served with a selection of mouth watering food, from bihun goreng, lemang, rendang, nasi impit, roti jala, kari ayam, satay, and fruits!

While our Exapeeps were still enjoying the food, we started an activity to get the mood going. First activity of the day was the Lucky Draw! Some of the gifts given on that day were the 10 x exclusive copies of From Zerobyte to Exabytes book, 2 x RM50 McDonalds Vouchers, 2 x RM50 Aeon Vouchers as well as 2 x HP’s WiFi Mobile Mouse!

The fun then continued with our Guessing Game, whereby 10 questions about Exabytes were asked and each correct answer will win duit raya + Exabytes exclusive keychain from us! 😀 Our #1 FB supporter, Mark Javed who came on that day managed to answer 4 of the total questions and won big on that day! 😀 (Yeap, that’s him in red! :P)

Once all questions were answered, we then moved on to the last agenda of the day, which was the Sharing Session where we got our Exapeeps to ask us any questions that they would like to know about us or our services, before ending the event. 🙂

Of course, an event would not be complete without a group photo!

On behalf the rest of the Exabytes team, we would like to thank all of you again, especially the organizer, for making this event a successful one! We hope all of you had fun, and we hope to have fun gatherings like this with all of you again in the future! Cheers! 🙂
