• Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails and online community involvement.
  • Gathering market trend and customer information to promote cloud solutions to prospects.
  • New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation.
  • Actively hunt for new customers and new sales online and offline.
  • Consistent follow up, assisting customer, giving advice to build the best online business.
  • Increase the yield per client.
  • Prepare quotations competently.
  • Process new orders proficiently.
  • Responsible to initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest.
  • Helping the SME to grow their business online.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Suntech @ Penang Cybercity.
  • Must be target-oriented, self-starter and aggressive to achieve the defined targets.
  • Creative – thinking outside the box.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Comfortable to make cold / warm calls and establish client relationship via phones.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, negotiation and presentation skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
  • Able to start work in short notice / immediate will be added advantage.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
