eCommerce Manager (Penang & KL)

We’re hiring an eCommerce Manager to be based in KL/Selangor/Penang. You will be in charge of sales strategies and direction for our SME clients to grow their revenue online. You will oversee the eCommerce department which includes operations, creatives, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Tasked with growing eCommerce sales for our clients, you will be expected to:

Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic and sales to clients’ eCommerce sales channels
Lead strategic direction for product listing, marketing direction and angle, pricing, website design, bundles and discount, and customers communications
Work with internal team to execute and set up strategic direction with existing features and introduce 3rd party tools whenever relevant
Work with the digital marketing team to execute strategic direction and angle to drive traffic to clients’ sales channels
Review and monitor clients’ eCommerce accounts and come up with action plans or key recommendations. Our clients are SME’s that may need different sales strategies compared to established brand names
Manage timeline and resources to ensure important deliverables are prioritized
Stay updated on new features/tools/services relevant to the eCommerce field and test out new applications or services to improve workflow

Requirements

Min 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in related field and 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (Magento/Shopify/Easystore/Word Press & etc)
Sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and results orientated
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Good at time-management
Competent in Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of digital marketing, Google & Facebook ads, and Data Analytic tools like Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel is an added bonus
The ability to speak in other languages is a plus
