• Responsible for making outbound calls to/for remind customers on renewals, customer service follow-ups and other related matters.
  • Responsible for achieving targets set by company.
  • Deliver fast response and consistent service to maintain close relationship with both new and existing customers.
  • To establish and maintain new and existing customers.
  • Attend to customer’s feedback and follow up closely with after sales service.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Computer Knowledge, Internet Know-How.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
  • Good knowledge about all the company’s products and services.
  • A polite, confident, friendly manner and self –motivated.
  • Proficient in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
  • With / without working experience
