- Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails and online community involvement.
- Gathering market trend and customer information to promote cloud solutions to prospects.
- New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation.
- Actively hunt for new customers and new sales online and offline.
- Consistent follow up, assisting customer, giving advice to build the best online business.
- Increase the yield per client.
- Prepare quotations competently.
- Process new orders proficiently.
- Responsible to initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest.
- Helping the SME to grow their business online.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Suntech @ Penang Cybercity.
- Must be target-oriented, self-starter and aggressive to achieve the defined targets.
- Creative – thinking outside the box.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Comfortable to make cold / warm calls and establish client relationship via phones.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, negotiation and presentation skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
- Able to start work in short notice / immediate will be added advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
