Your Key Responsibilities

Manage Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and efficient renewals to maximise customer retention.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, nurturing relationships and understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions.
Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly resolve any client issues.
Performance Tracking: Collect and consolidate daily renewal sales data. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal sales reports and dashboards.
