By signing up for and/or being present at any online event organised or co-organised by Exabytes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Information. The organiser, its representative, its service provider, event sponsors, its partners, speakers may use and disclose the personal information collected under this form for the purpose of this event and communicating with the registrant regarding products, services or other events. Registrant’s personal information may be transferred overseas.

2. Intellectual Property. The content and material in this event (a) are owned by the organiser, its partners or speaker; and (b) are for registrant’s personal, learning and non-commercial use only.

3. Photos and Videos. The organiser, event sponsor, its partners or speakers may record the event session or take pictures of all the attendees for marketing and publicity purpose.

4. Event Rescheduling and Topic Change. The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, cancel the event or change event topic without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer:
(a) This event will be organised on an “as-is” basis without any warranty.
(b) The organiser will not be responsible for (i) any damages resulting from the use of content or material of the event, inability to access the event and inaccuracies or unavailability in the content or material of the event; and (ii) data collection, use or leak by third party platform where the event will be hosted.
