As part of MYNIC ongoing efforts to enhance the .MY domain ecosystem, MYNIC is transitioning to a full Registry model.
Moving forward, all .MY domain names will be purchased exclusively through the network of MYNIC Accredited Registrars like Exabytes.
If you previously registered or renewed domains directly with MYNIC, MYNIC need your cooperation in selecting a new Registrar, like Exabytes, by 13 November 2024.
You can easily do this through the Move Out function in MYNIC SELFCARE.
What Do You Need To Do?
- Log in to your MYNIC SELFCARE account.
- Choose your domain name and click Manage.
- Select the Move Out option.
- Choose your preferred Registrar from the list.
What Happens Next?
If you do not select a Registrar by 13 November 2024, MYNIC reserves the right to transfer your domain name to any of their accredited Registrar.
This ensures your domain remains active, but MYNIC highly encourages you to select the Registrar that best suits your needs.
Please note that domain names already scheduled for deletion due to non-renewal cannot be transferred, even if you have selected the new registrar beforehand.
MYNIC recommend renewing expiring domain name to avoid losing them.
