You can save important chat messages directly into a Lark Doc. This is perfect for backing up conversations or organising content.
How to Use It
1. For a Single Message (or Thread)
Hover over the message, click the … (More) icon, and select Export to Docs. (If you export a thread, all its replies are included)
2. For Multiple Messages
Hover over any message, click … (More), and select Multiselect. Choose your messages (up to 100) and click Export to Docs at the bottom.
Important Notes
- This feature does not work in Topic Groups or chats with “Restricted Mode” turned on.
- Voice messages will be converted to text.
- Videos, Files, and Emojis will be shown as placeholders (e.g., `[Video]`).
