In case you didn’t hear, recently the Exabytes team together with the Easy.my team had a fantastic time at the SME Expo 2013, Mid Valley. The 3-day event that was held from 5-7 September was Southeast Asia’s largest gathering for business owners where all startups took this opportunity to introduce their services to their customers while networking.
As like any other event, the day started slow for us at first. However, as the day progressed, more and more people started to crowd our booth, and wanting to know more on how our services could help lift up their business potential.
Of course, the main attraction of the day that got even more curious people stopping by our booth was the fact of this particular Superhero seen lingering by our booth most of the time. Wait, is that Batman at our booth?
Hehe, it sure is! Actually, prior to this exciting event, the Easy.my team had run a Snap & Win Contest for their fans to win a set of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes! Easy.my lovely fans were to snap a picture with Easy.my Superhero (Mr. Batman) and upload their pictures to Exabytes Fan Page. Whoever gets the highest number of LIKE on Facebook for his or her picture Wins the LEGO SET!
Of course, with Mr Batman walking hyper-actively around the expo, posing like a supermodel and pouting his lips (just joking), who could resit his charm? Our fans sure couldn’t, so there were a lot of camera flashes going on now and then! 😛
Those who dropped by our booth also walked away with our spanking new, blink-blink goodie bags consisting Exabytes latest Magazine which gave our readers all the important tips on domains and web hosting!
Throughout the SME Expo, Exabytes together with the Easy.my team also had the chance to conduct 3 sessions of FREE Seminar – Start Your Online Business with 3 EASY Steps. Coach Felix Lee shared his real life experience in the eCommerce Industry, tips for wannabe online entrepreneurs on how to sustain their online business and finally how Easy.my eCommerce solution helps in today business environment. We also had the chance to explain more to our customers about our new Power Hosting plan that seem to be very popular among the crowd that day!
Needless to say, it was definitely a very fruitful event. It’s our goal and commitment to assist all Malaysians in expanding their business online, in the easiest and the most effective way and we’re happy that all of you gave us the chance to do just this! Thank you for your support! 🙂
