It was another busy morning for us. After an early registration, CEO of Exabytes Venture, Mr. Clarence Leong kick started day 2 of MIBS 2014 with an opening speech.
The first sharing of day 2 was conducted by Fabien Bouhier, the regional sales manager of Twitter who shared his experiences on leveraging Twitter, how users can utilize Twitter wisely and fully for their business. Mr. Bouhier then stressed that Customers are the root of business development.
A topic also shared by the Head of Development of iProperty Group, Kenneth Ng in the next session.
Followed by the morning tea break, the Regional Managing Director of Easy Taxi, Heng Joon came to the stage to talk on “The Strategic Underdog”. 
Next, the Country Head of Reebonz Malaysia, Mr. Tang Siew Wai gave a sharing titled “Going the extra mile to be consumers’ preferred online shopping destination in Asia”.
Lunch break took place at around 12pm. 
After a delicious meal, our participants were greeted with the first panel discussion of the day titled “Malaysia’s Internet Business Landscape in the Next 12 months, Trends, Opportunities and Challenges.” Moderated by CEO of the Exabytes Group of Companies, KS Chan, our panelists included Fabien Bouhier, Kenneth Ng, Heng Joon, Tang Siew Wai and Lloyd Lee who is the VP of Sales of AIMS Group.
Next, Vincent Cheong, the COO of i-Pmart Group of companies presented to the audience “E-commerce – The Customer’s Life Style Trend”. 
The inspiring speech was followed by “Experiments in Marketing – What We Know So Far”, delivered by the Marketing Director of FoodPanda, Sidney Ng.
Up next was “The Comparison of Japanese E-Business and Malaysia E-Business” presented by Dr Ganesan, the CEO of Fun & Cool Ventures Inc. 
Clement took the stage after this and delivered an impressive presentation on “All Under One Roof”. Clement is the Operation Manager of easyparcel, a brainchild of the Exabytes Group.
Finally, the fruitful MIBS 2014 was successfully wrapped up by the last panel discussion on “Current Online Shopping Trend in Malaysia” The panelists included Vincent Cheong, Sidney Ng, Dr Ganesan and Clarence Leong.
