Founder and CEO’s Words

We would like to invite all SME business owners to grab the opportunity to attend this event as we believe that the forum will help you grow your business to achieve broader awareness as well as to reach out to wider sales possibilities. We are inviting notable key industry players from Alibaba.com, MATRADE, MDEC and more to give their valuable insights on the exporting industry. At the B2B eCommerce workshops we conducted previously, our audiences also responded to similar difficulties and challenges in their efforts to export their products internationally. As a nationwide digital solutions provider with 20 years of experience, we want to help more Malaysian SMEs become global exporters,” said Mr. Chan Kee Siak, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd.

Many exporters are currently confronted with challenges and constraints in the exporting business, such as a lack of qualified team to develop, support, and maintain the system, a lack of appropriate target market contacts, a need for financial assistance, and difficulties with foreign standards and certification. We hope that by attending MY SME Export Forum, business owners can further understand the exporting ecosystem and enhance their growth in the B2B exporting business and industry,” added Chan.
