How to Generate Options With AI
On the field configuration panel, click AI-Generated Option next to Add Option.
In the Generate option panel, you can either:
- Select one of the recommended prompts, or
- Enter your own prompt in the input box at the bottom.
The options generated by the AI are added to the option list.
From the Generate option panel, click Apply to keep the generated options, or Discard to remove them.
Tip: The more specific your prompt, the better the result. “Add priority levels by risk” produces a sharper list than simply asking for priorities, because it tells the AI what the options should be based on.
Refining the Generated Options
After the content is generated, click the corresponding icons to copy the generated content, regenerate options using the same prompt, or like or dislike the result.
Your feedback helps improve the quality of future suggestions.
Note: To generate more options, simply enter a new prompt. The new options will be added to the existing option list rather than replacing it.
Tip: Generate a broad set first, then delete the ones you do not need. It is usually faster to trim a generated list than to type every option from scratch.
