  • Pick which data fields to sync — choose all fields (including ones added in the future) or only specific fields.
  • Turn on Automatic Sync to keep your data fresh every hour.
  • Click Save and Sync.

How to Configure the Synced Table

Once your data is synced, click the More actions icon (three dots) on the table tab to access these options:

  • Rename Table: Renames the table.
  • Duplicate Table: Makes a copy of the table (this copy will not be synced).
  • Sync Data: Manually syncs data immediately.
  • Sync Setup: Opens settings to select new fields, change date ranges, and more.
  • Remove Sync: Stops the sync. Existing data remains, but new data will not be added.
  • Delete Table: Deletes the table entirely.

Note: The new table will be read-only for synced data. You can add new fields, but you cannot edit the synced approval records directly in Base.
