1. This Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd (“Organiser” and/or “We”).
2. This Terms and Conditions and such other terms and conditions may be issued by the Organiser (“Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to this Contest and shall form the agreement between the Organiser and You (“You” and/or “Your”). By taking part in this Contest, You accept and agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept this Terms & Conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, and/or to add to the Terms and Condition without any prior notice at any time and the customers shall be bound by such changes.
3. This Terms & Conditions shall be read together with the terms and conditions stated on the Contest announcement posts made by the Organisers on their social media channels.
4. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
5. It is Your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understand all the Terms & Conditions before participating the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and Exabytes clients only to participate in this Contest:

1.1 Malaysian citizens over the age of 18; and

1.2 Exabytes clients who spent a minimum RM500 on Exabytes Website (www.exabytes.my) (save and except for the subscription of domain); and

1.3 Employees of the Organiser (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses), Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser (including associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

2.1 This Contest will run from 7th September 2022 to 11th September 2022 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period and/or to cancel, amend, or defer the Contest at any time without notice.

2.2 Entries will be recorded and accepted until 11th September, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time) (“Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.

2.3 The Organiser will announce the winners on 12th September 2022 via social media postings of the Organiser, and the winners who answered the question correctly shall be eligible to redeem the Prizest.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.1 You are required to:

1. a) follow Exabytes Official Facebook page @exabytes.com.my ; and
2. b) Tell us what WCIT stands for in Your comment. Post link ; and
3. c) tag a friend of the post and Your Facebook account must be set to public.

3.2 Winners are required to answer questions before the redemption of the Prizes subject to Clause 6 below.

4. PRIZES

There will be two (2) winners selected and each winner is entitled to one (1) unit of 3-days’ ticket of WCIT 2022 Malaysia worth RM2,000 (“Prizes”). The Prizes shall exclude any and all expenses of the winners to attend the event.

5. CONDITIONS & JUDGING CRITERIA

5.1 Only two (2) winners will be selected for this Giveaway Contest.

5.2 Your participation is subject to Your completion of the items in Clause 3 above.

5.3 By entering this Contest, You have granted permission to the Organiser to use Your name, Facebook profile photo and answer in any promotional literature, website, and social channels for this Contest.

5.4 By entering this Contest, You give consent to the Organiser to use Your name and/or photograph in any related publicity of this Contest without further compensation.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

6.1 Winners will be announced on 12th September 2022 (or such other time deem fit by the Organiser) via posting on Exabytes Official Facebook Page, @exabytes.com.my, and the selected winners will receive an email notification from the Organiser.

6.2 If the winners cannot be contacted within 4 hours and unable to answer the question stated in the notification email, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify such winner and another eligible winner will be selected.

7. PRIZE COLLECTION

7.1 Winner will receive the Prizes through email.

7.2 Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, vouchers in part or in full or in any kind.
