Graduated from Staffordshire University, BA in Marketing Management with 1st Class Honours, Averie stepped into the property industry in 2013 after graduation, joined OSK Property on 12th February 2018. Leading the Sales & Marketing team in Butterworth, Penang and Sungai Petani, Kedah with the responsibilities of develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals, build and execute new marketing initiatives to support and drive the company’s sales budget and business growth while improving project’s profitability, consistently obtain updates and understand market dynamics and preferences of purchasers to formulate marketing strategies which are beneficial to the projects, build talents in the team so we are able to have a stronger S&M team in the Northern region. She is currently pursuing the BOVEAP professional course, working towards becoming a RISM graduate.

2. Keith Leong, Business Development Manager, Exabytes

Keith started exploring the Digital Marketing Industry 5 years ago. He gained extensive experience through assisting more than 100 customers in Malaysia and Singapore to grow their business online via multiple online platforms. Today, he is responsible for helping SMEs and big corporations to expand their business in multiple online platforms such as Alibaba.com, Google and Social Media. His customer portfolio includes those from the Manufacturing industry, Service industry, Property Industry, Education industry and Retail industry. As the Business Development Manager at Exabytes, he leads a team that is committed to guiding and assisting local B2B businesses to expand their business through Alibaba.com and other online marketing platform.
