Exabytes & Freshworks yesterday announced a partnership to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) win customers and grow their business. Through this partnership, Exabytes will offer a suite of innovative customer engagement software from Freshworks together with a host of its existing solutions including web hosting, email and digital marketing, as a one-stop solution provider of cloud-based services for SMEs.
The partnership was marked by the signing of the Strategic Alliance Partnership Agreement between Chan Kee Siak, CEO and Founder of Exabytes and Anand Venkatraman, Vice President of Global Partnerships at Freshworks. This ceremony was witnessed by Norhizam Abdul Kadir, Vice President of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).

To kick-off the partnership, Exabytes will begin offering four products from Freshworks that are
suitable for use by SMEs in any industry. They are:

● Freshchat—modern messaging software for sales, marketing, and support;
● Freshsales—CRM solution and sales system for high-velocity sales teams; and,
● Freshmarketer—all-in-one conversion optimization suite.
