Exabytes Freshworks Partnership
The partnership was marked by the signing of the Strategic Alliance Partnership Agreement between Chan Kee Siak, CEO and Founder of Exabytes and Anand Venkatraman, Vice President of Global Partnerships at Freshworks. This ceremony was witnessed by Norhizam Abdul Kadir, Vice President of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in an event held on 2 October 2019 at Connexion Conference and Event Center.

Exabytes & Freshworks yesterday announced a partnership to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) win customers and grow their business.

Through this partnership, Exabytes will offer a suite of innovative customer engagement software from Freshworks together with a host of its existing solutions including web hosting, email and digital marketing, as a one-stop solution provider of cloud-based services for SMEs.

At the moment, Exabytes is offering four products from Freshworks: Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshsales, and Freshmarketer

The partnership was marked by the signing of the Strategic Alliance Partnership Agreement between Chan Kee Siak, CEO and Founder of Exabytes and Anand Venkatraman, Vice President of Global Partnerships at Freshworks.

Freshworks Customer Engagement Software

To kick-off the partnership, Exabytes will begin offering four products from Freshworks that are suitable for use by SMEs in any industry. They are:

● Freshdesk—omnichannel helpdesk ticketing system;
Freshchat—modern messaging software for sales, marketing, and support;
● Freshsales—CRM solution and sales system for high-velocity sales teams; and,
● Freshmarketer—all-in-one conversion optimization suite.

Michelle Chin, Product Lead of Digi-X, also joined and shared her experience of using Freshworks to manage her clients and how does it improve their quality of service.
A Fireside Chat was on-going as well. The conversation was mainly about the experience of Exabytes using Freshdesk as its support portal; how the investment helps Exabytes to main the quality of support and services.

Exabytes has been a catalyst for digitalization of business. Chan explained, “Systematic business and productivity management is imperative to all businesses.
