Each Exabytes business email plan pairs with a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription. Both are managed under your single Exabytes account. One dashboard, one renewal date, one support team to call.

Because you’re bundling email hosting and the subscription of Google Workspace or M365, partial of your user can be in business email hosting and partial can be in Google Workspace or M365, the effective per-user cost is lower than a standalone subscription. All pricing is in MYR, so there are no currency fluctuation surprises at renewal.

Yes. Both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 provide migration tools to import your existing email history from Gmail, personal Outlook, or other providers. The Exabytes support team can guide you through the migration process so no messages are lost, however there will be a migration fees applies.

There may be a brief propagation period (usually a few hours) when you update your MX records. During this time, mail will continue to be delivered via your existing routes. To avoid any disruption, we recommend updating MX records during off-peak hours. Our support team can guide you through the process.

Your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription is tied to your Exabytes account. If your business email is not renewed, the email bundle will also lapse, you may run into risk of not able to obtain all your emails. We send renewal reminders well in advance.

Switching platforms mid-subscription requires migrating your emails, contacts, and calendar data to the new platform and updating your domain’s MX records. It’s technically possible and the Exabytes team can assist, though we recommend choosing carefully upfront.

Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to this service, you are agreeing to terms by SmarterMail, Google, Microsoft and Exabytes.
Annual plan is not allowed to downgrade the plan or reduce the number of seats.
New sign-up refers to the number of users and plans selected for the first time. Any future change of users or plans is no longer considered a new sign-up.
Customers subscribed to an annual plan are not permitted to downgrade their subscription plan or reduce the number of seats during the active subscription term. Any request for seat reduction or plan downgrade must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the subscription expiry date.
All fees paid are non-refundable. No refunds are issued if you cancel your contract or transfer away from Exabytes before the renewal date.
Failure to renew Google Workspace / Microsoft services before the due date can result in account cancellation. All content within the account will be inaccessible and may be permanently deleted by Google / Microsoft.
Exabytes reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected customers.
