Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients on onboarding tasks and account setup
- Perform onboarding calls, collect necessary information from clients and work efficiently on tight deadlines
- Work closely with service team on onboarding services including product posting and website design
- Handle and solve client inquiries on account related issues
- Assist clients whenever they seek for advice from placing orders to supply chain
- Keep up-to-date with new features, products or services on Alibaba platform
- Advise clients on promotional activities, online events, webinars, trainings or online trade shows whenever is required
- Assist clients to manage account daily/ weekly on advertising campaigns, inquiry management & etc
- Conduct training to clients on how to operate Alibaba platform and optimize performance
- Follow up with account renewal and monitor performance of in-service accounts
- Perform data analysis and have performance review with clients whenever is required
- Provide guidance to clients on account optimization to improve their account performance and get more business inquiries
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have strong customer service skill and attention of details
- Responsible, independent, well-organized and multitasking capability
- Possess positive working attitude with passion to learn
- Digital Marketing qualified individual would be an added advantage
