Customer Success Renewals Specialist

Manage Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and efficient renewals to maximise customer retention.
Customer Management: Act as the main contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to offer personalised solutions.
Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly resolve any client issues.
Performance Tracking: Collect and consolidate daily renewal sales data. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal sales reports and dashboards

Educational Qualification: A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Communication Skills: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and good relationships with clients.
