Marketing Executive (PG & KL)

We are looking for a highly creative Marketing Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. You will have the opportunity to be part of and to take care of our continuously growing client base by establishing and deploying multi-channel marketing strategy, to increase our company footprint.

Key Functions:

Plan, strategize and execution of plans & projects to drive sales
To plan and implement branding and marketing plan and content outreach including newsletter, EDM, blog content.
Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising;
Be constantly informed of market trends and patterns, conducting competitor analysis and market research which aim to improve sales performance;
Designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials;
Preparing marketing plan and strategy according to monthly budget;
Work with CRM administrator on list and lead management;
Conduct marketing campaigns for our products, trade shows to promote brand awareness;
Marketing Analytics- Analyse and create purposeful action plans based on the marketing data

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent
At least 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal and strong verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English (able to write and articulate clearly)
Creative thinking, detail-oriented and meticulous
Social media and digital marketing savvy.
Project management experience with proven ability to execute cross functional projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
Ability to be a hands-on and work with the team.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing working environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
