Social Media Specialist (Penang)

Job Description:

To manage and monitor all Exabytes social media platforms (FB, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google My Business, etc.)
To keep up to date with all mentions about Exabytes on all social media platforms, groups, communities, forums, and reply to comments/inquiries.
To work closely with various relevant departments to escalate inquiries/issues received on social media
To plan and propose suitable engagement posts to heighten and amplify Exabytes’ branding
To work closely with relevant teams on posting plan, preparation of resources needed for postings
To be actively posting on social media groups, communities, forums about Exabytes’ activities, events, etc
To be responsible for achieving the widest exposure possible on social media for Exabytes as a brand, its activities, promotions, etc
To record and report all posting results on each platform

Minimum requirement of completion of Diploma studies
Possess strong communication skills in English
Proactive, result-driven, and presentable.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hardworking with initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess in-depth literacy in all social media platforms
Have great interest in social media happenings and enjoys crafting posts
