Upon delivery of the draft website, client must inform Exabytes of all the revisions/amendments needed within 7 working days. Up to three rounds of revision request are allowed. Any additional revisions/amendments will be charged under maintenance hour. Failure to contact within 7 days will mean the client is satisfied with the website, and we will publish the page directly.

Yes, we will provide you with the access to the Content Management System, which allows you to edit page content, add in new pages or perform other update activities. Exabytes will not take responsibilities should any update failure occur.

The payment gateway that comes with this ecommerce starter plan allows you to accept credit card payments and internet banking. We will integrate and set up Stripe as your default payment gateway or you can choose to opt for a different payment gateway such as Paypal, eGHL, Billplz and iPay88.
