Organizer
1. This Spin & Win Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised and managed by Exabytes Network Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”). Participation is subject to these Campaign T&C and all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Campaign Period
1. The Campaign shall run from 1 February 2026 to 31 December 2026, 23.59 Malaysian Time (“MYT”) (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive, unless the Organiser, at its sole discretion, decides to amend or extend the Campaign Period. Any such changes will be notified in accordance with these Campaign T&C.
Eligibility
1. The Campaign is open to individuals who are customers of the Organiser and have transacted with the participating business units/markets (“Eligible Participants”).
2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate and to claim any prize. The Organiser reserves the right to verify such consent.
4. Entries submitted through automated scripts, third-party software, or any form of fraudulent activity will be automatically disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the eligibility of any participant.

Campaign Mechanics
1. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to earn Spin(s) during the Campaign Period, provided that the Participant meets the minimum transaction requirements set out below. Eligibility criteria and definitions of “Eligible Participant” shall be determined by the Organiser in accordance with Clause 3 of these Campaign T&C
2. To qualify for Spin(s), each paid transaction (receipt) must have a minimum value of RM150. Only a single receipt per transaction shall be considered for Spin(s) entitlement. Multiple receipts may not be combined to meet the minimum transaction requirement, unless otherwise specified by the Organiser.
3. The number of Spin(s) awarded is determined based on the value of a single qualifying paid receipt, as follows:
  1. 1 Spin – For receipt value of RM150 to RM500 inclusive.
  2. 2 Spins – For receipt value of RM501 to RM2,000 inclusive.
  3. 3 Spins – For receipt value of RM2,001 to RM5,000 inclusive.
  4. 5 Spins – For receipt value of RM5,001 and above.
4. Please be advised that Spins are personal to the participant. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and may not be sold, assigned, pledged, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
5. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant and/or void any Spins or prizes if the Organiser reasonably believes that the participant has engaged in, or attempted to engage in:
  1. Fraudulent activity;
  2. System manipulation or interference;
  3. Abnormal, artificial, or irregular transactions;
  4. Use of fake, multiple, or unauthorized accounts; or
  5. Any breach of these Campaign T&C.
6. Records maintained by the Organiser’s systems in relation to the crediting, redemption, or distribution of Spins or prizes shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.
7. Splitting of invoices, artificial transactions, or any other manipulative actions intended to increase the number of Spins is strictly prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such practices.
Spin & Win Redemption
1. Participants acknowledge and agree that all Spins awarded under this Campaign constitute promotional benefits and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other goods/services, and valid only for the specific Redemption Window. All Spins earned during the Campaign Period must be redeemed within the designated Spin Redemption Period. Any Spins not redeemed within such period shall be deemed forfeited without any liability to the Organiser.
2. Spins earned up to 31 December 2026 must be redeemed by 15 January 2027, 23:59 MYT, unless otherwise stated.
3. Any Spins not redeemed within the applicable Redemption Window shall automatically expire and be forfeited without prior notice. Such forfeited Spins shall not be reinstated, carried forward, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Organiser.
4. Spin redemption is subject to system availability. Exabytes is not responsible for any inability to redeem Spins caused by maintenance, technical issues, system downtime, or internet connectivity problems. Exabytes may also suspend or delay redemption if necessary to ensure the proper operation of the system.
Winner Announcement
1. The Organiser will announce the winners and will contact the prize winners within seven (7) working days from the date of winning. Contact will be made via the Organiser’s official communication channels and/or directly using the contact details provided by the participants at the time of entry. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any failure to contact a winner due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the participant.
Prizes & Prize Conditions
1. All prizes are provided and managed by the Organiser. Any brand names mentioned are for reference only and do not mean that the brand is officially involved in or endorsing this Campaign. Images used in any promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may differ in appearance, colour, packaging, specifications, or other characteristics. Certain prizes may be seasonal, limited in quantity, or unavailable during certain periods. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to rotate, replace, or update prizes without prior notice.
2. All prizes are provided on an “as is” basis. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item.
3. In the event that any prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, substitute the prize with another item of equivalent type and value. No additional compensation or reimbursement will be provided in such circumstances.
4. Any warranties, guarantees, or after-sales services in relation to the prizes shall be provided solely by the respective manufacturers or suppliers, if applicable. The Organiser makes no representations or warranties in relation to the prizes.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, defect, delay, personal injury, or dissatisfaction arising from the acceptance or use of the prizes.
6. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and comply with the Organiser’s verification and redemption requirements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Any prizes not claimed within the period specified by the Organiser shall be forfeited, and the Organiser shall have the right to deal with such prizes at its discretion.
Stackability of Promotions
1. This Campaign may be used together with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers offered on participating brands’ official purchase pages, unless stated otherwise by the relevant brand or the Organiser.
2. The Organiser and participating brands reserve the right to limit or exclude such combination at any time without prior notice.
Prize Fulfilment
1. Winners shall be solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date delivery details as requested by the Organiser within the prescribed timeframe.
2. The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, misdelivery, or failure in the fulfilment of any prize arising directly or indirectly from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or erroneous information provided by the winner.
3. Where a prize is returned to the Organiser or is otherwise undeliverable due to the winner’s failure to provide correct delivery details, the Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to forfeit the prize or to require the winner to bear any additional delivery or re-delivery costs incurred.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery of prizes shall be deemed completed once the prize has been dispatched to the delivery address provided by the winner, and risk in the prize shall pass to the winner upon such dispatch.
Use of Personal Data
1. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant consents to the Organiser collecting, using, and processing their personal data for purposes directly related to the Campaign, including verification of entries, winner selection, prize fulfilment, announcements, and related communications, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA 2010”) and the Organiser’s Privacy Notice. Participants also agree that the Organiser may use their name, image, and likeness in any media for marketing, advertising, and publicity connected with this Campaign, without further notice or compensation, while retaining all rights under the PDPA 2010, including the right to access and correct their personal data. The Organiser will not access Participants’ personal account or payment information, and all personal data collected will be used solely for administering this Campaign.
Intellectual Property
1. Participants retain ownership of content they submit (e.g., photos, videos, reviews).
2. By participating, Participants grant the Organiser a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use their submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. All Organiser-owned content, including campaign materials, logos, and branding, remain the property of the Organiser and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
General
1. Participation in this Campaign means acceptance of these Campaign T&C.
2. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Campaign T&C at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, ending the Campaign earlier than the stated expiry date, extending the Campaign period, or modifying, suspending, or amending the Campaign Mechanics, including the redemption process, provided that such changes are approved in accordance with the Organiser’s internal procedures and communicated to Eligible Participants in a reasonable manner. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such amendments, suspension, or termination.
3. The Organiser is not responsible for product availability, quality, or transactions.
4. These Campaign T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia, any disputes should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are governed by Malaysian law and the courts of Malaysia.
