Company Secretaries around Malaysia charge anywhere between RM 2k to 3k, which includes SSM charges of RM 1,000 non-negotiable fee. With Boss Boleh collaboration, you only pay RM1299 (Original price RM1499)

It is required by law that every company must appoint a Company Secretary.
