If you are a participant to Exabytes Reseller Program based on Exabytes’s record, you are responsible to provide support service to your end customers for the Services.

Exabytes will not provide any form of support service to your end customers for the Services.
“Exabytes Reseller Program” is a program where you can set your own price and sell the Services to your end customers. The “Services” are products or services made available by Exabytes on www.exabytes.my.
